For my Studio One 5.0 general device settings, I have 'Positive Grid USB Audio Device' set as the Audio Device, and don't remember doing anything special to make it work.
Then maybe it's something in Studio One's output device settings, since the Spark's side is largely just using the correct volume (Music Volume).
